KITCHEN AND WINE CELLAR

The term ‘agriturismo’ in Italian means that we serve our guests what we have grown and reared ourselves with great care and dedication. All our pasta dishes are made fresh each day using eggs laid by our own hens, and all the vegetables come from our kitchen gardens. We believe in ‘acting local’ and do everything in our power to bring our guests local, ethical and sustainable products. We prepare our dishes using only the best ingredients and with no thought of saving money – we focus on the happy faces of our guests when they rediscover how good it is to eat freshly grown and prepared foods.

The same philosophy applies to our wine list, which respects the local winemaking traditions. We select the wineries and the bottles one by one in order to offer a wide range of matches for our dishes – every meal throws up a new combination and new sensations. The final touch is provided by the people – every request is met with a smile and our trademark politeness. Basically, all we do is continue to remind ourselves what it means to be hospitable and keep happily and enthusiastically opening the door to our home.
