Local traditions

'Agriturismo' means serving our guests what we have cultivated and raised with care and dedication. All our first courses are prepared day by day with fresh eggs from our farms and the vegetables from our kitchen gardens. We believe in the phylosophy of ‘zero km’ and do our best to bring local, ethical and sustainable products to the table. We prepare our dishes using only the best ingredients and without sparing expeses. Our goal is to see the satisfactoin on the faces of our guests when they rediscover the authenticity of flavors long forgotten.

The same philosophy applies to our wine list, which offers a selection that reflects the local winemaking traditions. We select the wineries and the bottles one by one in order to offer a wide range of sensations that match with our dishes and achieve a unique and never predictable combination every time. The final touch us, ready to welcome every request with a smile and cordiality. Basically, all we do is continue to remind ourselves of the sense of hospitality, willingly opening the door of our home.
